Question Posted Wednesday August 22 2007, 11:33 am
I'm in 8th grade. i'm taking a field trip to dorney park this year.i was wondering, is dorney park seperated into 2-water rides and roller coasters- like six flags (hurricane harbor and great adventure). or is it all together? i really don't like water rides, i love roller coasters. plus i dont really want to be wearing a bikini around all the guys in my grade. just tell me whatever you know, and maybe how it worked if you took a field trip there?

orphans answered Wednesday August 22 2007, 5:47 pm: OMG no...I love Dorney soooo much more!!! When you go in, you see a bunch of dry rides to the left, but to the right is all the water slides! You only have to pay the entrance fee, and you get both water and dry rides to go on. It's not that hard to get around there, so don't worry about it. There are so many people that wear bikinis and they are like HUGE with stretch marks too! Just wear a cute like kind of surf shirt that you go in the wate with over your top, so that you are covered. I wear them all the time, you can find them in places like Sport's Authority, and Dick's Sporting Goods> They are really cute, they come in different colors or just plain. Don't worry about the water rides, some might be scarier then others, but some are just really "non-scary" meaning there are all different types, the high ones, low ones, and medium ones. I was scared to but trust me you will have a BLAST, just being there with your friends will be enough! Have a great time! [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
