Question Posted Tuesday August 21 2007, 7:59 pm

okay, so i go to a private school and most the guys havent done anything more than just kissing. but ive done more and my friend likes to tell them stories about me. but i dont really mind cause honestly i like the attention. but does it make the guys not like me? is it better to keep it a secret? or do guys like to know that stuff?

ok i go to a private school too! and i always wanted to do more with my boyfriend. but im afriad that if i do then people will start to talk.. and everyone likes attention and yes sometimes some guys will not like you if you have done more than just kissing especially if you go to a private school.. but if your friend is telling stories to them about you. then why stay her friend?

Most guys I know like the fact to know very personnal stuff about girls they like or are interested in but there are some stuff you need to keep about yourself because it can cause a lot of gossip, others that envy people like to change things around, spread bad rumors about others to ruin their reputation so you decide whether you want to run that risk or not.Choose the correct decision wisely.

It all depends on the guy. If the guys there havn't really done much, obviously that's not what they're looking for. I have a male friend who actually didn't want to date a girl because of all the things she does. So to some guys, it can be a big turn off. Either way, the attention they're giving you isn't very healthy. Don't you feel kind of sluttish knowing that the only reason these guys are paying attention to you is because of what you're friend has been telling them? My suggestion is to get to know these guys and let them get to know you, on a more appropriate level before sharing things like that with everyone.

Attention is one thing...a bad reputation is another. Boys may start liking you for the wrong reasons...expecting more than they do from other girls. If I were you I would keep my personal business to myself.

I hope this helps
