Get tired when hanging out

Question Posted Tuesday August 21 2007, 4:42 am

Can someone help me figure something out?? I notice that I keep on going in and out of getting tired when I hang out w/ people and friends for a long time. The beginning is fine, but then something happens and then I get tired and quiet. I hate it! I was never like this before. Why do I get tired when I hang out with people for too long? Maybe Im thinking too much?

try getting a better sleep pattern. make sure you go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday (even on the weekends). i know its hard but it will get your body used to being awake and alert all day.

I think you're just overanalyzig the situation. You were likely going to get tried regardless of who you were with. It's also possible that you're bored with what's going on, in which case you can do something different. Maybe when you're hanging out, you can all do something like walking around and/or being outside. Drink water, because being dehydrated can make you feel tired too.
