Physical abuse is like, when it a spanking or hitting [or whatever you prefer] goes past the line of discipline. When bruises/black eyes/ physical marks show up, that's not good.
Mental abuse is like, when your parents seriously make you feel stupid and worthless and all that.
If you're a victim of either one, you should consult someone you trust, like a relative or teacher at school.
