Ok you can go to Target or something and get like a cute little shelf that you could always paint with polka dots or whatever and hang that up in your room and but everything on it. some shelfs have hair dryer holders flat iron holders.. ect. then go to like belks or anywhere and find cute little frames and frames to put on your wall. if you go to like a arts and craft store you can buy cool letters and make collages of pictures and maybe the headline could be Night out with the girls or something. or maybe One crazy night and then find some pretty decorated ribbon and hang the frame up with that.
Hope i helped.
also buy some cool lamps like maybe lanters that hang from the ceiling

That way, you can fold off-season clothes for storage. If you have one, a dresser or even a nightstand doubles as storage [in drawers or shelves depending on the design] and space for makeup & perfume. Arranging them in front of a mirror is pretty & also, mirrors open up a room. Try hanging one over the door [or open wall space]. Also make a good effort to have adequate lighting. Rearrange the furniture you have until you find a setup that works, gives you as much floor space as possible & allowes you to move around easily. Put hooks on the walls if you're allowed to & hang hoodies, jackets, bags, etc. Store things under the bed in boxes or rolly containers.
As for the pictures, put tape on all 4 corners, put them in frames, or make a collage of them on a piece of posterboard and hang that up with poster putty or a nail or two.
