incrase your stamina and speed. maybe run on a treadmill and let it come. once you run longer and longer you'll get stamina. jump roping can help a little too

No offence to up09 but my lil' bro is the track champ for unda 15 and hes only fourteen so heres advice from him.
1. suicides- theyre in the movie Coach Carter incase you dont understand my description. What to do is set a short distance of around 80mts mark this so as you stick to the same length. When you get to the end of each length touch the ground. up and back = one suicide.start with 15 for the first week and work it up by 5 or 10(whatever you feel) each week.
2. longruns - work it up from 15 minutes of non stop running every day keep adding around five mins on each week.
3.eat healthy and stick to fruit juice and diluted juice and water when training.
4.do twenty five pressups and twenty five sit ups mornin and night.
Hope this helps you with your track and good luck as I know it will be hard but if in doubt you can post me a Q and I will answer as soon as poss. I would also recomend buying coach carter as it has great advice for training.
good luck, sorry its so long .
luv dxxxx
