Yeah. So I'm over life if I don't get a boyfriend by the time I'm 16 because everyone I know got a boyfriend by the time they were 16. I want to find my true love. i want a guy to stay with me forever not just while we're having sex. Forever! So, am I ever going to find my true love??? or is this just not real. I really need to know..

You can't summon love or command it to come or even put a deadline on it, as much as we would all like to at times.
I feel your longing, but the best thing you can do if you really do want love is to focus on being a confidant, happy, person who is pleasant to be around. That's what attracts people more than anything else. Then it will come, I promise.
And don't worry yourself about the forever thing yet, forever at your age is one in a zillion. If you want a serious, loving and committed relationship, then good, but forever is hard to find even for adults who are going through all the transitions people go through at your age.

Well, right now I can tell you that one day you will definatly find your "one true love" because I believe that there is one in this world for everyone...but I can't tell you when that will happen because I'm not psychic..lol..if I were you, I just wouldn't worry too much about it because you know it will happen sooner or later and the more you wait and the more patient you are, the better it will work out for you because all those people that rush into relationships are less satisfied than the ones that wait!
This certainly is NO reason to give up on life! Imagine if everyone gave up on life when they couldn't find love at 16 years old!...Than that would be a sad thing and there will be many people dying.
I know that you're upset about this, but my advice to you is to just not worry and live life normally because the moment when you're not looking for love...that's when love will find you!:)

not everyone finds their true love before they are 16. that's a bad way to look at things. most people dont meet their true love until college or after. some dont even have sex until college. there's nothing to be worrying about right now.
if your thinking your some kind of loser because you dont have a boyfriend or something, i really hope you change yor mind. i dont know if you watche mtv or heard of laguna beach but the new laguna beach show, newport harbor, on there the main girl never had a serious boyfriend. take this into consideration when you think about this. shes on mtv, she will probably be famous from this show just like the rest of them did.
putting yourself in this mind set is really going to interfere with your youth. im only 18 so dont think this is some like old lady telling u this or anything lol. you really should enjoy your high school years. boyfriendless or not, have fun. dont worry about a boy because when the time is right, he WILL come into your life. i promiseeee you that! if you have any other questions or anything you wanna talk about, send me a message
