Question Posted Sunday August 19 2007, 2:01 pm

So i'm in fairly good body condition,i would consider myself a normal size and weight for my age and height. But latley ive been noticing these "Sattle bags" i think there called, and they look so weird underneath shirts, so i was wondering the fastest way to get rid of them/ make them less noticeable. I've been eating healthier and getting more exsersize, but i was wondering if anyone on here has gotten rid of them, wat it took, and how long it took them.

thanks so so much.

They're very easy to get rid of.It took me about a month..Do sit ups, side crunches, and even jog.I'd suggest to do more sit ups before you begin jogging, because jogging will make your abs very sore.If you want to cover your "sattle bags" until they're gone, just layers your clothing,or wear baggy shirts. They'll be gone in no time!:)
