My upper back has been bothering me for a while now. I'm on cheerleading so tumbling and pulling scorps really bring out the pain. When the pain gets worse I can barley tumble.It hurts more of my upper back.
It usually feels like tense and it always needs to be cracked..sometimes around my left shoulder blade I feel a pull. I've went to my doctor and she didn't know what it was.
I mentioned something to my tumbling instructor how it always feels like it needs to crack in between my shoulder blades, he thought I could have Scoliosis..My right shoulder does feel kind of higher then my left. It's strange, what should i do? do you think a "TruFit black backbrace" could help??
orphans answered Saturday August 18 2007, 7:43 pm: The best thing to do is get checked for Scoliosis. You might want to see a back specialists if your normal doctor doesn't know what to do.
