Okay, I have couple of years before I have to decide what I want to do at Uni but I'm trying to at least have some sort of idea right now.
I'm really into Business and I have 3 things in mind; I'd like to be either a retail store manager, a hotel manager (and eventually maybe hotel owner) OR open my own retail business.
Seeing as I don't know which I'll pursue, if I studied business management would I be prepared for all 3 of these fields? Or would I need more?
I know there are courses specifically for hotel management but generally in the UK you need to go to a special technical college for that and I don't want to do that, I want to go to University.

For example, take a course that you would specifically need for hotel management. Also try and find people that work in these jobs so you can see how well you would get paid and where you would start if you were to join one of these businesses. It's not worth pursuing if you are forced to start way at the bottom and you have to work yourself up over a long period of time. [ mapetiteodette's advice column | Ask mapetiteodette A Question ]
