friend and diet for the past few weeks I have been eating great, exercising a TON and losing weight! But whenever I hang out at my friend's house, I eat a crazy amount of food! How can I control myself when I'm around all of that sugary junkfood?

If you know you are going to be somewhere, and everyone will be eating tons of junk food, eat something healthy before you leave your house, that way you won't be as hungry.
Also stay away from bowls of anything. Studies have found that you are likely to eat more if you eat snacks out of the bag or a large serving bowl, rather than putting a few handfuls on a plate. ]
Bring healthy snacks of your own and share them with your friends. The way to control yourself is also to split your food intake with portions. You walk in, take 1 candy, play a little bit, take another or 2 candies, drink some water, play, take another, leave. In the end, you should have only taken 5. Even though you're always going to want more, but thats natural. Better than taking a bunch and feeling like a pig! ]
Bring your own healthy snacks! Thats what I used to do when I was watching what I ate. Set your mind on something else.Chew a piece of gum instead. Hope I helped!

Maybe only bring out one bag of chips or only one snack to eat and dont keep opening junk food to eat just have one snack it always worked for me and if that doesnt work tell ur friend to lock up her junk food away from u
