No. A Ouija board is a game for "fun" supposidly. Some people believe they really work, but there is no proof that they do. There's only random stories about them.

There are other people's opinions. Some really think they work, others think people 'push' it themselves & the players are really just answering their own questions.
I'm not sure what you mean by "bad". It's a game. I heard that some religions are against it, because its being associated with the spiritual world & that isn't something you should do outside of religion. That's rumor though. I wouldn't recommend doing it. It's a stupid game.
