how do you spell eye-ther? Ither doesn't look right. Or is it spelled either and it's just how you pronounce it?

It's spelled 'either' & you can pronounce it both ways. It all depends on context really.

Us Californians pronounce it ee-ther.

Personally, us Michiganders pronounce it "eye-ther", and it IS spelled "either" no matter how you pronounce it.
Some pronounce it "ee-ther"
And sometimes I just use "nye-ther" [neither] for negative sentences.
