confusion on a song

so there's this song by either saosin or circa survive. not sure which band sings it.
but the title is "i've been dying to reach you"
but in the actual song it sounds like i've been trying to reach you... does anyone know the AACTUAL title, and what it actually says in the song. either "dying" or "trying" obviously..
