Me and my boyfriend have our year anniversary on Sept. 21. And im trying to make it really specially so i decided i wanted to do a bunch of stuff for him.
Here are some thing we did on other special days: Gone to movies, Gone to funland, made dinner, bought dinner, made cookies, given money, gotten flowers, bunch f stuff.
Well im like running out of ideas!!

Any one have any great ideas. I want it to be really special and im starting early because of that, and for the fact that if i need money i will need to start saving.

Thanks a million in advance!

Aw congrats :) mine and my boyfriends 1 year is on Sept. 18! I'll tell you what I'm doing for him- it's going to be kind of expensive.

I'm buying a basket (his favorite color) and I'm going to put the following in it:

-A personalized romance novel (you can go to www.dogpile.com and type in personalized romance novels and it should give you a ton of sights)
-homemade heart-shaped sugar cookies (his fav.)
-a heart box (painted with our fav. colors) with customized hershey's kisses (kisssomeone.com) that say "i love you" on the pulme.
-a ceramic dog hand painted (inside joke)
-a ring (I don't know what I'm going to put it in yet)
-photos of us
-our favorite photo in a painted frame (canvas frame from walmart)
-a handmade whale stuffed animal (inside joke)

Then I'm going to cook him dinner and make chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert.

Well, I hope some of that helps!

Thats so cute! im happy for you.
My boyfriend and I just celebrated our one year in July and I painted him a picture of his favorite car because he's like obessesed with this type of car. haha

but if you dont want to do anything like that, then you can do the other thing I did, we made dinner and then we had dessert then we exchanged gifts and I made him a photo album of pictures and i like decorated the pages and stuff from the past year and put in song lyrics and memories in them. It was more like a scrapbook then a photo album.

Or you could maybe go for a picnic in the park and pack sandwiches ( his favorite kind) and a frisbee or kickball and just enjoy the great outdoors and take silly pictures.

Or is there a sports team he really loves, maybe get him tickets if they're not too expensive and give them to him on your anniversary, ( ooo maybe like put the tickets on the last page of the scrapbook if you do that and then tell him when you guys go you can take pictures and replace the tickets with the pictures on the last page. haha that'd be cute!) but idk if the tickets thing would be too expensive or hard to do.

or maybe you can make him a mix CD of special songs you two have or songs that remind you of him.. amd you can write one of those little booklets like you get with cds and explain why each song reminds you of him!

well, goodluck if you need more ideas just message me maybe i'll think up some more! haha

goodluck! & Happy Early One Year Anniversary!
