Tell him. I believe we can say whatever we want to people as long as it is diplomatic and constructive. If you have already discussed this and it is to the point where you're all tapped out. You have to make a decision. We all have shortcomings, maybe this is something you have to deal with or not deal with. Has he visited the doctors office lately? There are plenty of people who are uncircumcised and do not have this problem.

I'm taking it that you mean his penis smells and we're not talking about body odor. The problem likely stems from him not retracting his foreskin and cleaning the glans (head of penis) and ridge properly or regularly.

This can lead to a build up of smegma which is moisture, semen (dried) and other things that gets trapped there and forms a gunky cheesy like substance under his foreskin that could be causing this. Read here [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Females can also have it too according to the article.

What should you do? Be a good girlfriend and point him towards the article and tactfully let him know that is causes both male and female genitals to smelly funny sometimes. Do it gently and you should be fine.

I mean, at least you told him as he may go through life not knowing how to care for an uncircumcized penis as it's different than a circumcized one. It will do him a favor. Point out that bathing and caring for that area is different for him than most.
