wen my boyfriend asked me out i said yes thinking nothing of it. i really liked him, but wen he started going out with me he started acting different. I lovd the way he acted b4 we started goingg out. How can i get my old lover back?

It could just be he's shy and doesn't quite know what to do. Perhaps he's worried about doing things wrong, which is making him seem different.
You have to think of all the options here.
To be honest, it most probably is because he doesn't want to do anything wrong, but you have to think beyond that. Is your boyfriend happy in the relationship? Don't forget you are only 12, and I'm guessing he is around that age too. He may not be entirely ready for it.
(which brings me to remember, 12 year olds are not supposed to be using this site!)
The only real way to understand what's going through his head is to sit him down and basically ask him. Communication is SO important in a relationship. Who knows, you could be over reacting and he's fine. :)

Tell him how you are feeling about him changing, now please note he may deniey it, but then what you have to do is tell him everything that has changed about him since you started going out.

Unfortunately, guys act different with a girlfriend rather than with a friend.
Just try to convince him to be himself with you, he's trying to be a good boyfriend but in the process, he's becoming someone he's not.
Just mention things he used to do, and how much you like them. He may start them again.
