So I have a bad blister on the back of my foot. It's like bleeding. It's from my volleyball shoes.I won't be wearing them anymore so that's not a problem.I don't know how to make it heal faster though.Do I just don't wear regular shoes for awhile or put some kind of medicene like neosporin.Any suggestions would help.Thankss!

There are these bandaids that are made for blisters. They are flesh colored, and have a little pad in the middle of it that has blister medication to help it heal. When you put it on you have to make sure your skin is dry, or else it won't stick. To prevent a blister, you should get Moleskin. It is a thick cloth like tape that prevents friction on your feet.
