How do I lose my love handles? hey i was hoping you could help me with this question.
Im 14/f, 5'3 and 140 pounds. All my fat goes to my love handles. My stomach is pretty flat but my love handles make my body look unproporational.
I can not wear tight clothes because of it, and that is the kind of style i like best! I am willing to take the time and effort to lose my love handles and i have tried to look for ways to do it, but i am always getting different answers and i am confused about what to do!

If you go to my column, you should see a link titled "forum [clickidy click!] and another one below at the very end titled "forum" or something like that. and they both lead to my, well, forum =) There, you should get tips on weight lose, toning exercises, stretching, etc.
You should be around 115lbs right now, and you can't lose those love handles until you shed the excess fat. Therefore, you need to work on that first: Lose Weight topic should help you with that. Along with that, I suggest you do the Toning Exercises [topic]. Read about Stretches [topic] too. And read about the "Fats, Carbs, Proteins, wtf???" Topic and try to stay with healthy foods listed on there. Now, that doesn't mean that those are the ONLY healthy foods. That was just a small list. The "Lose Weight" topic is NOT a diet in any way, shape, or form. It just helps lead you into a healthy and active LIFESTYLE.
As for the love handles, do the exercises for obliques, outer thighs, and lower abs. It should really help. Love handles are stubborn and not very much liked by anyone. Unfortunately, most everybody's genes are made so that they gain fat in their stomachs first and makes that spot the hardest to lose fat from. Great, huh?
