ok this may soun d weird but why is it that every time i ejaculate, the following day i hav white stuff on my penis, well on on it but more like in it. it looks like dry sprem, i clean all of it off . so why do i still hav some dry the following day. this occurs like around the cherry

Dried semen is exactly what it is. You have to be careful to clean the head and shaft of the penis where this is showing up once you notice it.
What will happen if you don't is that the areas of your penis it is on will turn red be painful to touch and form scabs. I learned about that in health class years ago when someone asked your same question.
I'm not sure why some is still dried the following day unless you have masturbated again and not cleaned up properly allowing for it to dry in some areas again.
My advice is to shower or at least bathe the area each night after this or clean the area with a wash cloth and maybe that will prevent the build up of dried sperm. Worth a shot anyway.

Most likely, you're having wet dreams. A small amount of ejaculate is coming out of your penis while you sleep and it dries before you feel or see it happening. It's also called precum.
