She did NOT have her skin lightened. She was just naturally born that way. Everybody's skin looks a lot lighter on a good quality, professional camera, and also on her talk show because the studio is very well lit. If you look at her childhood pictures you will see her skin is just as light as it is now.
And yes, she is black, both her parents were black, and so were her grandparents. (I don't know anything about her great grandparents, I don't think anyone does except her close relatives.)

She is 100% black. Her skin color is light by one of two reasons:
Make-up- that is light that makes her appear lighter.
She got her skin lightened. Some african-american stars have gotten they're skin lightened. Ex: Michael Jackson. Hope I helped.

it's just by chance both her parents are dark black, i think shes lightened up a bit over the years
