always hungry. I'm 15 years old/female. And I'm constantly hungry. I'm not obese or anything. I'm actually really average for my age. Is it normal to always have the urge to eat something? My house has no junk food at all...everything is organic and healthy. But I'm scared to gain weight. ..should I follow my urge to eat?

It could be anxiety, or boredom.
If you must eat, get some fruit or something... If you're eating organic it shouldn't be too bad for you. Just be active also and you won't gain weight ]
your probably growing eat until your full if your never full then dont over eat it it could still hurt your stomach just have 3 big meal a day and eat some snacks in between so you dont overeat but you dont starve yourself to death ]
