I'm 15 years old/female. And I'm constantly hungry. I'm not obese or anything. I'm actually really average for my age. Is it normal to always have the urge to eat something? My house has no junk food at all...everything is organic and healthy. But I'm scared to gain weight. ..should I follow my urge to eat?
