Maybe give some free advice about: Internet & Web Design?

It depends on your internet. AOL, your dad would have to unblock it. Maybe if he left the computer for a second? Or, you could make up some excuse to go on his screename, and unblock it then, when he isn't looking.
If you don't have AOL, there's sites to get around it. My school blocked it, and people used these sites to get on.

is one. Type in myspace in the search bar. I don't know any others. I've never done this before. I'm sure you can type in something in google, and you'll get a few others. If this doesn't work, try going on at a friends house, or the library.
