so it is probly not good idea then is it... umm then i should just let my body do what its gotts do then??

Let nature take it's course, it knows better than we do. However, as I said, if you haven't started your period by the time you get to sixteen, you really do need to see a doctor.

In the meantime, just ensure you keep a healthy, well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, exercise two to three times a week and have fun. You're only young once, don't waste it on worrying about things you can do nothing about for now.

Get yourself checked out at sixteen if nothing has happened, but for now, relax, and DON'T self prescribe, that can have nasty side effects that you really wouldn't want.
