great skin

Question Posted Tuesday August 7 2007, 9:48 pm

What do I have to do to get great, beautiful, fair, light, milky, healthy, soft skin?

And I'm talking about my whole body, not about acne and pimples.

I mean just naturally beautiful skin like celebs. I'm sure there have a certain diet or way or regime they follow for they're great beautiful skin other then make up.

What is it?

I see many people with gorgeous looking skin whereever I go but I'm scared it might be akward to walk up to the random girl and ask.

I would like you Google 'celebrities without makeup' and take a look. You will be surprised at what you see.

* Drink your daily recommendation of 8 glasses of water each day.
* Moisturize your skin with a fragrance free lotion.
* Wash your face the old fashioned way -- soap & water.
* Wear plenty of sunscreen.
* Try not to eat foods that are greasy.
* Eat your greens! :P

Don't rely on celebrities' looks, because like the previous users have said, it's airbrushing. Even on like swimsuit ads, I googled it and you can see how like they photoshop the extra fat on the girl's love handles.

its called airbrushing...no one has perfect skin...not even celebrities...I love how people act like they aren't human...it's moisturizer...make up...a lot of water(it helps clear up the skin) and some photoshopping...thats it...no one has skin that looks that perfect. Drink a lot of water and us an oil free moisturizer so it wont clog your pores...but nothing you do will make you have skin as "great" as the celebrities.

well there are a lot of fancy lotions you can by, but those get expensive. If you want great skin, try to stay out of the sun, and wear sunscreen, otherwise you will get dry skin and wrinkles. I use a body lotion by vaseline that is spf 15, because it doesn't feel gross like sunscreen. Drink lots of water, because beautiful skin needs to be hydrated. also, make sure you exfoliate. any convenience store or big supermarket will have tons of scrubby products to exfoliate skin with. So those are the three most important things: exfoliate, sun protection, and hydrating (with water and moisturizing lotion)
remeber, celebs have their skin airbrushed in photos. nobody has absolutely perfect skin, but doing what I mentioned will definitely help! goodluck
