Don't do anything you can be arrested and charged for that you would be embarassed over. It's not legal to do anything sex-act related in any public place. You don't want to be charged or kicked out of a theatre and have that on your record when applying for college/university or a job.
I would to be safe recommend that you keep everything above the waist and leave it at kissing. People can complain and cause you all sorts of problems otherwise with ushers. Bottom line if you can arrested for it, thrown out, or charged by the police if caught don't even bother trying it. That may not be what you want to hear but it's based on sound judgment.

idk if your talking bout seating or making out...if your talking bout seating...umm..sit anywhere..no limits... but if your talking bout kissing...dont go farther then making out....

You can go all the way to the front row, but generally no further, as theaters generally frown on you sitting on the floor to be closer to the movie screen.
Otherwise, legally, you cant go any distance at all. And if you get caught you could get prosecuted.
