leaner muscles

Question Posted Monday August 6 2007, 7:21 pm

i have a lot of muscle on my body - mainly legs and abs; my question is how to get them to look leaner. i heard yoga helps. any specific tapes anyone knows of or stores to buy them at? are there any videos that teach you how to hip-hop dance that are good for losing weight and toning up?

Yoga and Pilates. You can get everything you need at Target, for a cheap price.

Target also has dancing videos- all of them will help:]
