Toning Triceps 14/f 102 lbs. (idk if that helps)
I'm going to start doing tricep excercises where you bend your arm back, so your elbow is pointing to the ceiling and then you curl your arm with the weight. How many do you recommend I do? Everyday or Every other day? I want to tone my triceps as soon as possible, preferably by next summer. I know that's a long time, but I want to start now because forming muscle isn't an overnight occurence. any help you can give me on this would be great :)

Dont try to do it overnight, take it slow and build up, bulking up to fast will cause stretch marks, and noone needs them, trust me. Brie ]

Hehe, I have that exercise in my Toning Exercises topic.
Make sure you have the right weights:
Do it 8 times and if you start to feel a little burn or tiredness on the last 3, you're doing it with the right weights. If you don't, it's too light. If it hurts before the last 3, it's too heavy.
I suggest you start with 2 reps of 8 and hold it back with your arms straight back for 8 seconds. Then when it gets to get too easy for you, increase the weight. ]
