calorie amounts

how many calories should i have a day?
i am 15/f 5'8" and 170 lbs.
i run a mile every day.

well, to be exact you need 2106 calories to maintain your weight.

too loose weight, you need to drop your calorie intake by 300-500 and burn at least 3500 cal. per week.

if you would like to lose weight, consume 1,000-1200 calories a day.
but if you just want to maintain the weight you are now, you should consume 2,000 calories a day.
