Thunder thighs and a terrible tummy Hey everyone,
I was wondering what can I do to help reduce the fat on my inner thighs, and my stomach. I am 5'2, and I weigh 117 pounds. I want to lose 10 pounds, because the weight does not go well with my figure.

OMG, I'm 5'2" as well- and 119lbs I have the same problem as you when it comes to the thigh and tum problem- I also have a bum problem too.
It seems whenever I gain weight it all goes there instantly! Very upestting
I'm plannig on losing a few pounds also- but unfortunately for me, sit ups and lunges aren't enough! I've started going jogging everyday and adopted a much healthier diet. I'm doing my lunges and sit ups too so when I lose the fat, it will reveal a toned body underneath!)
My motivation is this months run up to school- no one likes comming back to school in Sept after the summer being a fatty! ]
