how do you know how many calories you eat in a day ? likei eat rice then i dont know know if its too much or what can you help me whit how much rice i should eat to have a healthy diet and other stuff sometimesi buy ice crean cone and stuff but im on a diet

hopw do you maintain a healthy diet
da one where you dont have to sTARVE..
thanks please gimme mpre diet tips and no i dont drink soda and i do cruches every morning about 50 maybe


how do you get rid of love hadles in front of yiur stomach and thinnet thinghs! and also the claves of my legs thanks!

It would've be nice if you told us your gender, age, and weight.

Most guys need around 2000-2200 calories and girls need 1600-2000 calories every day. But if you're fat, you would need a little more.

A bowl of rice usually have 180 calories.

If you want to maintain a healthy diet, just cut 200 calories from your diet. You can do this by eating a smaller dinner.

And if you want to get rid of your love handles and such, you need to exercise. (basketball, running, swimming, etc..)

Man, I wrote all those topics on my forum at the right time. 3 questions so far about exercise related things.

Rice: on the bag it says 1/4 cup [3/4 cup cooked] is 150 [white rice] or 160 [brown rice]. But if your main dish for that meal is the rice, you should eat about a cup of rice I guess.

Ice cream cones are not very helpful if you're on a "diet" Anyways, don't think of it as a "diet". Think of it as a healthy lifestyle you're adjusting yourself to.

ok well if you are eating food out of a can or package, or basically any food that doesnt come from a restaurant or fast food place, the package will have information on it that will tell you how many calories are in the food, along with grams of fat and sugar and things like that. it will also tell you how much of that food equals one serving. when you go to fast food restaurants and places like that they will often have a leaflet that has all the info on the food, but you may have to ask for it. if you are doing crunches that is good, but you should try some other exercises too for your legs and such. runnung or walking are both great exercises that will keep you in shape and help you lose weight when you do it often enough. to be on a diet and still not starve, you have to eat a lot of food still, but healthy food. instead of eating three regular sized meals a day, eat 6 SMALL meals a day. that way your body wont feel so hungry. you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and try to avoid desserts and greasy foods like chips or fast food. the secret is to burn more calories in a day than you are taking in. most people need betwenn 1500 and 2000 calories a day. so if you are getting 1500, you would need to burn more than that to lose weight. try and find out how many calories the exercise that you are doing is burning and it will help. goodluck.
