the other day i excercised and my muscles were still aching the next day.
is that normal/okay?
should i postpone excercising until they don't ache anymore? or go on as usual?

If your muscles ache, its no big deal! They're just sore because they're not used to being used in that way. Just stretch all of them out really well before you exercise next and they will stop aching real soon.

you muscles are aching because you havent used them in a while..keep your daily exercising going they'll stop aching after a week or so. ]
Thta's just because your body usn't used to that kind of workout. it's good that you ache, it means you got a good workout. You don't have to postpone exercising, unless the pain is unbearable to wear you think it's too hard to exercise. ]
