ok.. so my friend melissa went to my high schools rival school, but she transfered, and is now going to my school.Im really really excited, but she is FREAKING out!! She hasnt acted the same in a couple weeks because of the whole going to a new school thing. Im really calm about it, and im always reassuring her that things will be great. its not like she doesnt know anyone at my school, i know she knows at least 50 some kids here, but anything i say just hasnt seemed to calm her down.. so i guess my question is... Is there anything i can say or do to make her feel more comfortabel??
many thx in advance =]

If your school has an open house, take her there and show her the school. Enough times as it takes for her not to get lost. Tell her that she knows soo many kids, and if she is nervous, then she is going to make a complete fool of herself in front of them. ha ha that's what my friend said to me.
Other than those, you just gotta tell her that you're her bff and that you will not let her suffer this and you're going to help her.
