Hit the botton that says Print Scr over Sys Rq on it. It's located next to the Scroll lock button. Then, proceed to go to paint or whatever image program you use and paste it.

there's a button on your keyboard
"PrintScreen" - it may be abbreviated "PrntScrn"
when you click that, it automatically copies the entire screen.
go to paint or another program & paste it :]

click the button on the key board that says PrtSc and a line under it then something under it saying SysRq, and after you press that button open up something like paint, or psp, or ps. and click paste or ctrl+v
