Some people aren't use to eating food in the morning and that could be the reason your stomache is reacting the way it is. Start off with soemthign light each morning and gradually work your way up.

it could be the cearl... try eating something different instead of that. Maybe pancakes, toast, or eggs. See if that helps. If it doesn't, then the other advicenator might be right about the lactose intolorant thing.

maybe see a doctor about this?

The same thing happened to me in high school. I eventually figured out that I'm actually mildly lactose intolerant! If I eat/drink dairy products on an empty stomach, I get really bad pains.

Try cutting milk out of your morning routine, and see if that helps.
