he just put me on the amoxicilon tonight.. because literally nothing is helping me ive been on antiboiotics painkillers, you name it.. ive even lost weight because i cant eat. what does the rash look like, and does it itch or what? because im paranoyed

Oh yikes. Okay the reaction does not occur with anyone, but I rarely get any allergic reactions & I got it. I took the medicine 3 times a day for a week & around the 6th day of taking it & got a nasty rash. It's pretty small, but very visible & itches really bad. It spreads also, so if you do get it, try not to scratch it. I would call your doctor tomorrow & ask. Are you taking a liquid or a pill? I took the liquid which was pink & kind of tasted like bubble gum. Don't stress out over it though. Doctors know what they're doing. If you do get a rash, you should stop taking it & call them. It isn't harmful, just extremely irritating. Amoxicilian cleared up my sore throat in 2 days though. Here's a website-

You may want to keep taking it even if you do get a rash. Obviously call your doctor. The rash wasn't as bad as the sore throat, but still annoying. It really cleared up my sore throat though. You can also google it for images if you'd like, but just listen to your doctor.
