Do it for yourself though and not because your sister is teasing you. That is one easy way to make yourself ill. No, if you feel you are overweight then you should begin eating a healthy diet with limited amounts of food and begin exercising daily between 30 minutes to an hour. If you are using more calories for exercise then you are taking in from food you will lose weight. This is the healthy way to do it and in the long run it will significantly improve your figure and health. Do NOT starve yourself. Other then damaging yourself alot this will not make you lose weight quickly as your body will go into starvation mode and conserve energy. Do NOT starve yourself.
