my parents are devorced. they have been since i was 3. i ve lived with my dad my whole life. and now i want to live with my mom. My dad said that he is my legal gardian and he will call the cops if i go with my mom. my question is can he make me come back? he said that they would put me in juvie... If i do end up there.... and i tell the judge i dont want to live with my dad. can i go live with my mom... without him being albe to do anything? Or can i leave with my mom,and the cops not be able to take me?

if he has legal custody, you would be considered a runaway and yes he could call the police.
Why do you suddenly want to live with your mom? If you've been with your dad since you were that young, I can't imagine there has been major custody issues that you could remember. Indeed, I doubt you would really know what living with her is like. If you're fighting with your dad then you gotta work things out. If he's abusing you, you gotta report it. Those are the first two reasons that come to mind for this sudden decision, if neither of those work I want you to really think about things and why you have this desire now to live with your mom.
