I haven't been having much more then one meal a day lately, simple because I haven't been very hungry. Well, now I've noticed when I actually eat a real meal, I get really sick. I get a stomach ache with horrible dirreah. What should I do?
Nevertheless, it is important to go to a doctor ASAP. There obviously is something wrong with you currently. You most likely will be prescribed some sort of medicine. You will get better. [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]

I've been in your shoes. They'll likely prescribe you an antacide or a drug like ranitadine to help you keep things in, give you an IV of fluids, gravol like they did for me in the same scenario and keep you for observation.
I cannot diagnose you and nobody here can or should even try or suggest something. However, I do know this kind of issue can be serious especially if it's ulcers or a galbladder issue which it can be that is causing this. That was my case though. You're different.
