10-15 lbs.

if i work very very hard.. workout. eat very little and avoid starches fats n sugar can i lose 10-15 lbs in 2 weeks?

sorry hun but that might be a little impossible in just 2 weeks unless you starve yourself. i would give it about a month if you want to lose 10-14 lbs.

just workout everyday, stay away from junk food and sugar and fatty foods, and eat healthy, and that should help a lot.

just remember not to go hungry and eat too little, because that would be worse to be anorexic than to be a little overweight.

maybe. dont eat too little though. eat alot of good healthy foods.. well not too much, but its bad to eat too little, too and it wont help you lose weight, trust me. just keep working out and drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods..

well let me start with the diet scams. when you go on a diet you eat all the special foods, but at the end its up to you to change from your previous food selections or your gonna get all that weight back.

and when you eat very little, your body starts to lose energy and you find yourself not being able to work out and stuff without getting real tired. oh yeah, get lots of beauty sleep too. then whenever you eat your body will demolish the food and then you can actually gain more fat back, i think. im not really sure, im only 13 but my mom said so and she's a nurse. also people talk about it online and on tv and such. when you eat very little you can also get anorexia which is bad.

so yea follow my advice
