Workout Schedule

Question Posted Sunday July 29 2007, 8:04 pm

I'm 15/f and I weigh 115 pounds. I'm not fat, but abs and a less jello-y (if you will) butt would make me happy :). I walk my dog a mile everyday that's about it. Does anyone know any good workout schedules that I could go by? Or does it matter on what kind of person I am?

Hi,
I'm 17/m and in the last 8 months I've lost 10-15 lbs and completely toned from the waist down. The trick? Simple, run. Run everywhere, run to school, run to town, run until you can run no more. This will give you great legs and get your heart pumping. However, if you have a swimming pool or access to one then I'd suggest you use it as much as you can. I also found a pretty good website that can help with your ab situation.

Walking doesn't do much at all. You need to do exercise that makes your heart beat REALLY fast for like 40 minutes 3 times a week. Make sure to eat right too.
