Everything that was once living contains some keratin. The crunchy parts of animals and plants contain the most keratin. In animals it's mostly in bones, hair, and eyes(things you wouldn't normally eat). In plants it's in the outer "skin", like the parts of celery that are difficult to chew and the outside of corn.
You don't need to eat keratin specially, your body synthesizes it. Also, acne is caused by keratin, but eating less of it won't help. ]
