Dizzy and stuff

the past few days i have become really dizzy and whenever i stand i like black out for a mn and get very wably. i have had my period the past few days and have had a history of really bad cramps.. i was just taken off birthcontrol because it made my situaton worse and i have to wait a month before taking the increased dosage. previously in the year i had a sinus infection which caused me to pass out and this feels very different so i dont think its that

if someone could help me figure out whats going on that would be great

I actually have the exact same thing and im 15 year old female. Its all about what you eat and your diet. Change your diet and it will help your symtoms. My docter told me this after I passed out twice after having a black out thing. Do you have pains in the back of your eyes an you go blind for a moment? If you do its the same thing an is all about your diet. :) Good wishes to you:)

If I were you.. I would see a docter, this is VERY important. It's not normal to black out every time you try and stand up. But please, have someone drive you there!
