hey,someone else asked a question about photoshop,and the site www.blibs.com was given,can anyone tell me how to work it please.

Upload your image and then use the tools on the top and left to modify it. It's not nearly as good as photoshop or the GIMP, but it's better than paint. If you're having trouble with it, you can ask a question on their help forum:
