Bad Morning Breath

Hi!

I need some serious advice! Every morning when i wake up i have HORRIBLE morning breath. I eat a well balanced diet and brush my teeth well three times a day. How do i fix my problem so i won't have bad breath when i wake up!

Well, if you go to sleep and dont brush your teeth, all that stuff you ate builds up to nasty morning breath, EW. Make sure you brush your teeth before you go to sleep, and garggle with listerine. Also make sure you use an adult toothpaste, not a kid one that just prevents cavities.

Well this is common. There is really nothing yo can do about it. Just make sure you gargle befor you go to sleep. That might make it slightly better.
