After talking for a bit tell him that you had a huge crush on him in elementary school. Ask if he's ever liked you. Then ask him how he feels about you now. If his answer is something possitive (he likes you as more than a friend, he's not sure how he feels but he likes you at least as a friend, etc.) tell him that you still like him or like him again.

Thats cute !
You should tell him you never know what could happen,he might likes you too but his to embarrassed to say and you telling him might make it easier.
If he dosn't like you well it's ok your not getting rejected it's not like your gonna ask him out it's best that he knows cause he might end up liking you and if he dosn't just stay friends at least you will still have his company.
