i'm not too sure if eating would help, but try to keep a healthy balance.
i do know quite a few people who no matter how much they eat their body type won't change, everyone has different body types, these people, one i remember she was 8 months pregnant and her belly hardly sticked out.
but i must say you should eat, bit of meat, bit of poultry, bit of fruit and veg, vitamins, your dairy products (egg, milk) protein (fish) and keep up the water intake too. try to eat say atleasst 3 main meals and you can have a snack before lunch, and sandwich or something at tea-time. just remember eat (healthy) and maybe once or twice a month you good have a bit of fast food, and juice, water, and milk are much better than fizzy drinks.
I hope you gain the right amount of weight. i should try myself too, i need to gain some weight too.
so good luck to both of us then! (",)

theres nothing wrong with being skinny.
you shouldnt have to change the way you look because OTHER people dont like it.but if you really want to gain weight, eat lots of meat..like steak,ribs,hamburgers..stuff like that.and drink lots of milk. milk thickens your bones. and meat gives you a little "fat kick".but get used to working out. because if you gain ALOT of weight, you might want to loose it again..then yeah.so work out every day but eat lots of protein and meats and milk and dairy. and theres your solution.
haha
wow,
hope i helped,
XOXO,
MOlly(:

well dont just eat alot because that could be unhealthy. u should definently work out. muscle weighs more that fat and its easier to gain than fat when your in your kind of situation. it will make your arms and legs look really fit and healthy and well rounded. make sure you eat alot a healthy foods, but try to eat as much of it as you can.
