I used a super absorbancy tampon and kept it in for about 6-7 hours and it started leaking a lot. When I tried to take it out, it hurt very badly!! But when I use a regular absorbancy tampon, it leaks after about 2 hours, but doesn't hurt to take out. What gives?
xbabybee1x answered Wednesday July 25 2007, 10:18 am: sometimes when you leak bad on a tampon, the tampon gets heavier and fatter, thats proberly the corse to your pain your getting when removing it. stick to the ones you used use and if you afraid of a leak then check every half hour to make sure everything is ok. carry around some towls too just incase of a leak

But maybe you're not using the right angle when you're taking them out. Make sure you pull the string from the same angle that you used to put it in.
6-7 hours might be a little bit too long to keep one in. I'd change it after about 2-4 hours. But that's just me.
make sure you're relaxing your vagina when you're removing it.
