As long as your dedicated to the dance then your skills should come back as long as you keep up on practicing. Just because your a little rusty doesn't mean you can't get back to that skilled dancer you were before. :) Best wishes to you!

once you learn to ride a bike you never forget
You feel your rusty but i gurantee it is still there
You can practice to freshen up timing and find new moves to help defintly but you havnt lost the mojo!
If you practice the routines and make up you own you will get better
A good way to get better is to record your own routine and put it on youtube and see the comments people make, put your video links on myspace, fascebook, bebo, msn everywhere!

of course!
im a dancer myself and the exact same thing happened to me! I did dance when i was about 6-10
then i quit when i moved and started taekwondo, then i really wanted to join my school dance team so i did and i can dance pretty well i guess. This just proves you cant do anything if you try!

Definatley practice and work really hard at it!
Have fun dancing :]

I'm sure that you will. You already have the experience, but like you said, you'll need to keep practicing. The same goes for me with tennis, I played for 5 years up until I was 12 and I simply did not have the time for it anymore, but just this past weekend, I went to play and noticed that I still know how to play. I guess it's just how your mind works and it recognizes the ability.

Hope I helped. ♥
