ok well i used to be a terrific dancer.. and i got burned out so i took a 3 yr break and im doing it again.. but im a lil rusty. i go to this very excellent dance school but my question is.. if i work hard n practice can i become good again?

You feel your rusty but i gurantee it is still there
You can practice to freshen up timing and find new moves to help defintly but you havnt lost the mojo!
If you practice the routines and make up you own you will get better
A good way to get better is to record your own routine and put it on youtube and see the comments people make, put your video links on myspace, fascebook, bebo, msn everywhere! [ mariahwannabe's advice column | Ask mariahwannabe A Question ]

im a dancer myself and the exact same thing happened to me! I did dance when i was about 6-10
then i quit when i moved and started taekwondo, then i really wanted to join my school dance team so i did and i can dance pretty well i guess. This just proves you cant do anything if you try!

The same goes for me with tennis, I played for 5 years up until I was 12 and I simply did not have the time for it anymore, but just this past weekend, I went to play and noticed that I still know how to play. I guess it's just how your mind works and it recognizes the ability.
