13 year old girl wants to lose weight

i want to lose weight over the summer. im not really that fat, im just heavier than i look. but its really annoying when my parents keep hinting that i should work out. they say they dont think im fat but im like.. why do they keep telling me this? its really annoying, cause then they say that i eat too much which i do sometimes, but im still not fat, nor have i ever been, really. i mean, im black (not american, like my parents were from africa) and black people naturally tend to have heavier bones, whether they appear to be fat or not. or some people say its muscle? i dunno. anyways, what are ways i can work out? like im 13, but how can i tone my stomach, butt, thighs, and arms before school starts? im also a girl. i mean i kinda want to be more fit too, i just dont want my parents to keep bugging me when i already know. i tell them this yet they still do it. i want to train like really early in the morning before my family wakes up, so i can get used to it and during the school year i can also train then. so what can i do?

um im thinking of trying out for my soccer team in the fall, but i didnt sign up yet though tryouts are in a month. sign ups ended like in june, and there was another part of the form due in like 2 weeks. ummm do you think i should give it a shot that they'd still let me try out? and im not even the best soccer player. i love that sport but.. my family is complicated now, since my dad is working in a diff state for some time, and my mom said this year we'd have to sacrifice a bit since my dad cant drive us to places sometimes. i still really wanna get in that. i like to play mid, halfback, and fullback, but i also need better skills in offense which i totally suck in. ugh, our school is really tuff. last year i tried out and didnt even make the b team. i dunno what to do anymore.. but please help. i also wanna do dance, but its harder to drop me for that than for soccer. :(

and its not like i dont eat healthy foods. my parents make lots of cultural foods. my mom just stopped buying bread.. we have like no snacks except for fruits like bananas and apples and junk. its annoying but when sometimes i just feel like eating for no reason, though im not that hungry. and when theres nothing to eat, i either eat too much fruit, too much food, or i binge on something else im not supposed to eat.. i know im not supposed to eat it, cause my mom told me not to eat it yet. but its like.. i dunno i guess i think that it would be the last time but it keeps happening. sometimes i even eat random stuff like sugar... i know its bad but.. i guess i have a problem. my mom keeps asking if i have a food problem and i say no.. please help me here i dont want to go to some wacko like psychologist. im sure my problem can be fixed

btw: last time i went to the doctors, like last year, i was 155 pounds, and 5'4".

ok first of all, im a white girl with alot of curve so i know how extra weight is, as for you being of that nationality it is totally normal for you to be curvy i dont know why, but feel sexy for who you are, and work it seriously for all those flat girls who would die to be you, and as for your mom tell her to go shove it, its normal for teens to have extra weight and eat alot. dont feel bad feel proud.
And as for the soccer team wing it if you were to late to sign up then try next year you might find with practice you have a hidden talent, and keep in mind its what your opinion of yourself that counts not your parents
and as for sugar 'binge eating' totally normal its probably due to hormonal changes in your body i usually want chewy and or sweet stuff right before my period and if your upset you might be hiding your feelings with food so make sure to express yourself
